Come along and experience a safe, supportive with others, where you will learn the art of creating and performing comedy at your pace.

Description

It might be nerve-wracking to start with - but during this stand up comedy course, you will develop material and learn how to maximise its comic potential.

This course is for performers and non-performers. It can help support: Resilience, improve mental health, confidence, professional leadership & speaking skills, and it's fun - & funny!

You are given supportive critical feedback to help you edit and hone your writing and speaking skills.

The sessions will focus on finding your stage persona and the ability to express your own point of view. You will be encouraged to find the funny in everything and anything.

We work on listening and developing a rapport with your audience and concentrate on various comedy techniques.

You will investigate creating and using characters within your set.

So come along and be involved with lots of laughter, learning and a very valuable life skills.
