The Edinburgh Festival is nearly over. Bravo to the various talented Southwest comedians who have taken the plunge!
You too can learn to stand up to be seen and heard. Build the skills and confidence to create humorous, engaging stories and share them on stage, on screen or in business. Or just have fun!
My new Comedy Matters courses are starting soon, helping you become a more confident, fearless and fascinating speaker – with absolutely no pressure to be funny. Phew! I’ll provide plenty of guidance, encouragement and support along the way.
There’s a choice of Monday or Tuesday evenings, 7–9pm, and, by popular request, I’m also running a daytime course starting Tuesday 8 September, 1–3pm.
And if you’d like to see a wonderful group of women who have taken part in my training, come along to Newton St Cyres Church on Thursday 10 September. 'Chuckles in the Church' is just £10, and your ticket will help support North Devon Against Domestic Abuse.
We also have our next Exeter Stand Up Comedy Mash-Up on Thursday 24 September at the usual place and time: Citygate Hotel - 7.30pm kick off.
