Lordy, Lordy! It's Wild!

Wild!

I'm genuinely surprised by just how wild Florida is.

In the space of just two weeks, I've spotted pelicans, dolphins, turtles, deer, cranes, possums, gators, a black squirrel, chipmunks and even an anhinga. Oh, and a BUNCH of vultures! Yes!

What strikes me is how peacefully they all seem to coexist with each other - and humans. Which feels a tad ironic, given that the species causing the most chaos on the planet isn't donning feathers, fur, scales or a tail.

Anyway, before I get chased out of the state by an angry squirrel or lobby group... I'll be heading home shortly to an equally wonderfully wild July, in both Exmouth and Exeter.

I'll be teaching workshops in Exeter that tackle many wonderful stand up comedy techniques, including comedy character and clowning, where we'll be embracing silliness with purpose (and occasionally by accident). And in Exmouth we'll be stirring up a theatrical storm with an invitation to perform Shakespeare's 'The Tempest' - no acting required, just a curiosity and a willingness to say, "What could possibly go wrong?"I'll also be running a Nelken Line workshop which promises movement, connection and significantly fewer alligators than Florida.Booking links below, ya'll
