Why does COMEDY MATTER?

'Find humour in the everyday - and learn from it.'

Humour can help improve your confidence, speaking skills, interactions with others, stage dynamism and overall improved mental wellbeing.

Our Story

Crying and laughing are fundamental to helping us heal – a natural medicine. But laughter, comedy – humour can also be used as a weapon.

Understanding how and when to apply the many types and styles of humour can assist in developing empathy and enhance life skills, ultimately leading to long-lasting positive effects.

After all, comedians are often much loved.

The chance to play, feel free and open is transformative.

'Essentially, COMEDY MATTERS for a variety of reasons, but most importantly, it feeds into our lives exponentially and can add a layer that improves our lives across the board.'
