Not Going Out?

Getting people off their sofas and into theatres, cinemas, or comedy nights is no small feat these days. That’s why I feel truly lucky that our local stand-up comedy mash-ups continue to draw a crowd — thanks in no small part to our amazing performers who help spread the word and rally support.

So how about you — are you a stay-at-home type these days, or are you soaking up the live drama and comedy while you can?

Here’s what’s coming up:

Comedy Mash Up at Colcombe Castle Cellar Bar, Colyton – Coming soon!

Exeter Comedy Festival – 7 June, with a cabaret comedy bonanza at Bootleggers, Exeter.

I’m off to London this weekend for a deep dive into Commedia dell’arte performances — can’t wait!

Whatever your taste in live performance, I hope you get out there and enjoy it. It’s good for the soul.
