How do you crack an Easter egg? This isn’t a yolk – I promise.
Growing up in Preston, Lancashire, my brother and I shared what we thought what was a country-wide Easter tradition: we’d roll our chocolate eggs toward each other like chocolatey cannonballs.
Whoever cracked the other’s egg was declared the winner... then we both ate the spoils. (Victory never tasted so sweet.) Years later I found out that not everybody does this.
Ever tried it? Pass it on – kids love it. Simple fun, no screens required.
Speaking of cracking… cracking jokes is exactly what we do at my comedy classes. And let me tell you, the variety and creativity never fail to impress. One newcomer at last week’s class said,
“Timing was good. Never a dull moment. Relaxed atmosphere.”
Eggcellent feedback, wouldn’t you say?
