Comedy Gig for Charity...
THANK YOU, The Magnificent Seven: Adam Lloyd, Mark Gos, Dan Wiseman, Josh Devz, Gayle Robson, Jae Gatz and Will Denford for belting out their best comedy sets at my charity-raising stand up gig. A wonderful audience – a packed house - and Sundowners Café Bar - Exmouth, helped raise £250 for Alzheimer’s Society. Love to do more of these events and am looking for venues in Exmouth and East Devon that might like a bunch of funny people who are keen to test out their material, whilst simultaneously raising money for good causes. I totally get why people feel a tad nervous on occasion. Only today, I had to control butterflies in my belly as I gave a nurse an armful of blood – well a couple of phials. The anticipation is nearly always worse than the reality – unless you’re dying – on stage, or in life. I ramble.
